John Pettrone, Vice President of Practis HR, has over 20 years of experience in the field. He is an accomplished HR professional with a proven ability to develop and implement human resource strategies that support business and financial objectives. He has led key human resource initiatives in several different industries, including healthcare, that helped improve company’s performance.

John’s adjunct faculty position where he taught Human Resources Administration as well as his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification has kept him up-to-date with changes in the field of Human Resources. He earned his BS degree in Personnel Administration and MS degree in Human Resources from Rochester Institute of Technology.
